AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CLAIBORNE COUNTY, TO CONTRIBUTE FOR COUNTY FISCAL YEAR 1999 AN AMOUNT NOT EXCEEDING $100,000.00 TO THE CLAIBORNE COUNTY FAMILY HEALTH CENTER; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

SECTION 1. The Board of Supervisors of Claiborne County may contribute to the Claiborne County Family Health Center from any available funds a sum of money not exceeding One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00) during the fiscal year beginning October 1, 1998, and ending September 30, 1999.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
